As I sit in our new extension at our kitchen island looking around at the magic you have created, I wanted to take this opportunity to express our most heartfelt thanks and appreciation to you and all your team.

Having reached the end of the contracted work  it is incredible to think all this was achieved in less than three months. From the outset, your knowledge, professionalism, insights, guidance and patience provided us with confidence that we had at last found the right contractor to transform our house into a home which we can enjoy and celebrate.

You and your team have ensured we have been consulted and updated at every stage of the development. 

We can say without a shadow of a doubt that every member of your team have been exceptional. They were always punctual, friendly and took incredible care of our home, and importantly pride in their work.  Their collective attention to detail under your leadership has ensured we have had our dreams turned into reality. It is still incredible to think what you have delivered is ours.

We have received lots of feedback from our neighbours who have all consistently commented on your teams work ethic, professionalism and friendliness. Searching for our neighbours cat for a number of days was just one example of going over and above.

Both Mark and I have fathers who were in the trades, mine a plumber and Mark’s an electrician. Sadly my father passed away before he could see our dreams come true. Mark’s father however has watched the transformation and has been so impressed with both the quality and speed of the workmanship.  

To end we would ask that you let everyone who has played a part in transforming our home know how much we appreciate each of them for their professionalism and sheer hard work.

We know when we are able to move forward with the external development work we will want no one else but you and your team.

"Just had several jobs competed by Greyrose and can not recommend them highly enough.  From the very start when Chris visited to establish what work was wanted, all the way to feeding back and giving options when the work could be carried out. When date was agreed there was no delay when his team turned up, which is a positive as they kept to there word. The weather conditions the team worked in were extremely cold but they turned up every day to continue working, even neighbours commented how much they worked and how dedicated they were. During the jobs it was found some work was not required but instead of carrying on they pointed out the saving showing there honesty. Also during the period of work additional work was requested and they agreed best way it could be done and delivered a 5 star service.  Through the whole process had no complaints in fact it was all complementary.
To say a 5 star service was delivered by the whole team does not do them just reward.
Have been that impressed next building project has already under discussion. "

"Grey Rose were initially recommended to us by a friend who had recently had their own extension completed by Chris and the team. Prior to meeting, we had already had some architect plans drawn up but we found these plans had been over complicated and ultimately very expensive to build!

Thankfully after a few meetings with Chris, who took the time to really establish what we wanted to get out of our extension, he presented us with some fresh ideas and redrawn plans that met all our needs and budget requirements.

From start to finish, the whole Grey Rose team were a dream to deal with. Hard working, skilled tradesmen who take pride in every detail. Communication throughout the project was excellent with regular updates at the end of each day.
